How do I use a locker?
Once your package has arrived, we will email and text you a unique 5 digit code as well as a QR code. Simply visit the locker and enter the code on the locker's touchscreen or scan the barcode using the locker scanner. The scanner is located beside the touch screen of the locker. Remove your package(s) after the locker's door opens.
How much does it cost?
There is no additional cost to use a Mailpac Pickup Locker.
How long do I have to collect my package?
You have 24 hours to collect your package. If you are not able to collect your package within this time-frame, it will be returned to the counter for regular pick up.
During what hours can I collect my package?
9am-5pm Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm on Saturdays (hours may vary depending on curfew restrictions).
What kinds of items can be delivered to Mailpac Pickup Locker?
Most items can be delivered to lockers, but there are a few restrictions, like the item's size and weight.
If the following applies, your package(s) is eligible for locker pickup:
The shipping weight is less than 10 lbs.
The package dimensions are smaller than 19 x 15 x 24 inches.
The package contains no hazardous materials.
What if my package(s) can’t fit in the locker?
If some of your packages ready for pickup can’t fit in the locker, we will have a customer agent in the locker room who can retrieve your oversized packages without you needing to join the regular pickup line. This will only be applicable to customers who have packages in the locker.

Can I return an item to a locker?
No.
Can I occupy more than one locker?
No.
Can more than one package go into a locker?
Yes – depending on the dimensions.
